Event film · MONDRAKER Enduro2 Davos

A finished cut every night.

The Enduro2 in Davos Klosters is a race for teams – over several days, across stages spread all over the mountain. For Bike Academy Davos we were right in the middle of it: riding with the racers, flying the drone – and delivering a finished film every evening that captures the mood of the day, in time for the awards ceremony.

This film's job

The Enduro2 is one of the most demanding formats we film – because so much happens at once. The race stretches over several days and across stages spread all over the mountain: a lot of vertical up and down, and you have to be very fast with the camera. Ride along with the racers between start slots, get to the side of the trail, grab two or three shots – and move on.

In between: flying the drone, shooting interviews – and building a live cut from all of it every evening, one that hits the mood and plays at the awards ceremony that same night. What makes it possible is a well-rehearsed routine: Flo delivers the footage from the mountain, Steffi (formerly Red Bull Media House) edits right on site. That way, the final cut is often done the very next day.

A race we covered for several years

We came to Bike Academy Davos through the Women's Pro Bike Camp – that's where we met Britta and the Davos crew. The contact turned into a job that brought us back to Davos for several years: the MONDRAKER Enduro2, a team race that draws riders from many countries year after year. Alongside the event film, we also produced a promotional film about the Bike Academy itself.

For a multi-day mountain race, one thing matters most: speed and overview. A compact, fast setup that keeps up with the riders, plus the drone and an edit station that gets to work the moment the day ends. Exactly the discipline we're at home in – live production under time pressure, executed cleanly.

Event film & live production that delivers under pressure

Multi-day sports events, races, festivals: if you don't catch the moment in the right spot, it's gone for good. We plan every camera position in advance, ride along with the athletes, fly the drone and – on request – cut a finished film every evening (same-evening edit). If your event runs over several days but needs to be told in one evening, you're in the right place. We're based in Austria's Salzkammergut and shoot across the Alps and beyond.
