Event film · Women's Pro Bike Camp Davos

Women's bike camp in Davos.

A women's bike camp lives on its atmosphere: pro guides, real trails, a big mountain backdrop — and the feeling of being welcome. For the Women's Pro Bike Camp in Davos Klosters we captured exactly that: a film that opens up the camp and makes you want to be there next time.

This film's job

Through the agency fiedler concepts — who we also work with on Garmin and the Bregenz Triathlon — we came to the Women's Pro Bike Camp at Hotel Grischa in Davos Klosters. The brief was clear: a clip that gives a real look inside the camp and the work — with the goal of bringing in more women as participants.

So we were right in the middle of it: on the trails with the guides and participants, at the trailside for the fast shots, in the air with the drone — and then at the social program that makes this camp what it is. Pro guides, great trails, big landscapes, a relaxed vibe: exactly the mix you have to feel for it to become contagious.

Pro guides, a mountain lake and an evening of accordion music

The camp brought together a strong lineup of guides – Ines Thoma, Steffi Marth, Antje Kramer, Kathi Kuypers and Moni Schäfer among them, plus local guides; Anka Martin hosted a women's talk in the evening at Hotel Grischa. Sebastian Hofer was the photographer on set. The camp is backed by the partners Juliana, TREK, Santa Cruz, Qloom and Alpina, and hosted by Hotel Grischa in the Davos Klosters destination.

For us it was one of those shoots you only capture by truly being part of it: on the trail early, at the social program in the evening – all the way to a mirror-calm mountain lake and a night of accordion music. Incidentally, Davos is where we met the people we would later film the enduro race with – but that's a story of its own.

Event films that bring in participants

Camps, courses, trips, events: a good film makes the atmosphere tangible and brings more sign-ups next time. We ride along, fly the drone, capture people and landscape – and cut it into a film that makes people want in. If you want to make your format visible and fill it, you're in the right place. We're based in Austria's Salzkammergut and shoot across the Alps and beyond.
