Quality you want to see

Good craft costs money – as it should. Online, though, people buy on gut feeling. A film that shows the hands, the material and the care makes that value tangible, justifies your price and even helps you find apprentices and staff.

Common questions about Craft & Manufacture

What customers most often ask us before a project.

What does an image film for a craft business or a manufactory cost?

Even on a modest budget you can produce a high-quality film. We scale scope and shoot days to your goal and quote a clear fixed price up front.

Is a video even worth it for a small business?

Especially then. Online, people buy on gut feeling – a film that shows the hands, the material and the care makes your quality tangible and justifies your price. That often works better than any ad.

Does a film also help with finding apprentices and staff?

Yes, very much. Young people look for employers they can identify with. An honest look inside the business, the team and the craft is one of the most effective tools in recruiting.

How do you show the quality and handwork of our products on screen?

By taking time with the details: macro shots of the material and tools, the skill in the hands, the people behind it. It reveals a quality that photos just can't.

Do we have to speak on camera – and how do you take away the nerves?

You don't have to. If you'd like, we'll keep the conversation casual, shoot at your pace and draw out the genuine moments. Plenty of people who are nervous at first end up really enjoying the shoot.

How long does the shoot in our workshop take?

Usually half a day to a full shoot day is enough. We plan so that your working day carries on as normally as possible.

Where can we use the finished video?

On your website, in social media, in the newsletter, at trade shows and in sales conversations. On request we'll deliver matching short cuts for the different channels right away.
