Hi, I'm Florian. B&T Film isn't a faceless agency setup – it's my small, dedicated film production at Lake Attersee, with a permanent team that loves the craft. These days I'm not behind the camera on every shoot – but when I am, I enjoy it just as much as on day one.
I come from marketing: stints at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett and Serviceplan, and since 2018 also freelance marketing lead and consultant at LET Sonnensegel. So I don't think of film as pretty pictures – I think of it as a tool that gets your goals met, and I speak your language while we do it.

At LET Sonnensegel, it all started with an image film. That became photos, then the entire marketing – which Florian has led since 2018 as freelance marketing lead and consultant. A small business grew into a premium manufacturer: from 5 to 30 employees in three years.
That's the exception, not the rule. But it shows what we believe: film is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. That's exactly what we mean by "every film has a job".
